DOSING SYSTEMS FOR INDUSTRIAL CLEANING

Etatron D.S. are leading manufactures of chemical dosing equipment recently increasing their range of industrial cleaning (dishwashing) equipment and industrial laundry applications. Etatron closely follows market trends and has recently invested in a brand new production line designed to industrial cleaning equipment. The main pumps utilized to dose additives in this applications are peristaltic pumps

Peristaltic pumps follow the peristaltic principle: rollers coupled to a motor shaft crush a hose thus allowing the liquid advancement. The hose are normally made of Silicon, Santoprene and Tygon. Peristaltic pump are self-priming, with fixed or adjustable flow, capable to function with external control such as Conductivity meter. Peristaltics are suitable to doses soaps, detergents or other viscous products.

Etatron D.S. products range includes also Solenoid driven dosing pumps designed for these duties and matching the main market demands, small dimension and low prices. These units have flow adjustment control from 0 to 100% of the frequency pulse rate.

The range is also including a microprocessor based programming system able to detect the washing cycles in an industrial washing machine in order to dose products during the duty cycles.
