Technical Characteristics

    Die-Cast aluminium housing protected by epoxi/anti-acid paint.
    Conform to IP 55 protection rating.
    Isolation class F.
    Stroke Length adjustment. Adjustable capacity from 10-100% whilst in operation or rest.
    Two sizes of gearbox are available: size 0.18 stroke movement from 0-12.5 mm, size 0.25
        stroke 17.5 mm (0-10 mm for DM series).
    The movement is based on a precise reciprocating movement which provides for exact
         volumetric displacement, providing accurate stroke reproducing.
    Maximum suction lift with water 4 metres.
    Motor and gearbox are coupled by means of a flexible motor coupling, thus increasing
        transmission life.
    The gearbox mechanism is operated by an eccentric cam which provides a positive
        displacement delivery stroke, whilst the suction is spring assisted. The lubricated gearbox
        comprises a worm wheel reduction system with all bearing fully supported.
    Standard motors 0.18 kW or 0.25 kW, multi voltages/multi frequencies available upon request.
        Motors are vertically mounted, B14 type, conforming to UNICEL-MEC specifications. Extra
        powered or Flame proof and explosion proof motors are available upon request.

Standard power supply:

230/380 V a.c. 50 Hz three phase.

Other power supply available upon request:

    230/380 a.c. V 60(*) Hz three phase.
    240/415 a.c. V 50 Hz three phase.
    240 V a.c. 50 Hz single phase.
    110 V a.c. 60(*) Hz single phase.
    DC motors

(*) At 60 Hz the flow rate and strokes/min. increase of about 20%, for this reason all the pumps with high strokes/min. (116, 120, 112) will be supplied at 96 strokes/min. This ones at 60 Hz will become 116 strokes/min.

Other features available upon request:

    Multiple systems.
    Electrical control servo-motors can be supplied for proportional dosing in
        conjunction with 4-20 mA input signal.
    Pneumatic servo-motors for proportional control from 3-15 psi input signal.
    Tropicalize motors.
