The submersible pump is widely accepted by the industry all over the world since it was developed, it is the best method to save the cost and easy for operation, the following are the features of HCP pumps:



 

Compact
The submersible pumps comprise a electric motor and pump portion directly coupled, the advantages are not only smaller in size and cost effective, but also they are easier to use than other types of pumps.
Lower operation cost
  When operating in the water, almost no need basic construction to support the pump, they can be installed in most locations.
Less equipment needed
  No need suction pipe, only connecting discharge pipe for operation, the difficulties of suction head, excess pipings and valves, as well as shaft alignment can be avoided, also no shelter needed to reduce the cost of basic construction.
Improving working environment
  Less space needed at ground level to increase the availability of floor space, the submersible pump can be installed in uneven sump with quiet operation.

GUIDE RAIL SYSTEM
  The TOS body was bolted and fixed on the sump floor, through the stainless steel chain the guide rail steel the pump to the TOS body, it locks and releases automatically to the discharge connection.
To ensure working convenience and safety, the worker can hoist up the pump in short time without emptying the sump or go down the sump to remove the pump, due the pump can be installed and removed easily, whenever the pump is needed inspection or maintenance, the standby pump can be installed to avoid the loss and inconvenience during the down time.

Advantage description
1.Cable base
Epoxy resin seal cable base to prevent water intrude into motor through core wire.
2.MTP-Miniature Thermal Protector
Miniature Thermal Protector is embeded in the windings of the motor.
When the temperature of the windings increases to MTP acting point, an external motor protection circuit is activated to protect the motor from over heating.
3.Eelectric motor
 
Dry type, high efficiency copper wound motors with class F insulation, the motors are produced under strict quality control procedure, the stator winding is impregnated with vanish resin and keep in the oven for cure up to 8 hours in whole process.
4.Mechanical seal
Strong abrasion resistant double mechanical seal with super hard faces-hard silicon carbide. To ensure wearing resistant water proof and long life operation.
 
5.WD water-detector 6.Cooling frame
An optional mechanical seal leakage detector will send a signal to control panel when water infiltrating. The use of the leakage detector prevents water from entering the motor chamber in case of mechanical seal failure.
 
Full water flow through motor's frame, guarantee High efficiency in cooling.
7.Bearling 8.Coating
Adopt heavy duty and high quality bearing to ensure long-term operation. the bearing is designed to meet the specification of dimension, basic load ration, and bearing environment. Durable epoxy coating on the pump body can withstand corrosive liquid, in case of higher corrosive fluid, we suggest to change others material
