The modular construction: Basic meter and the operating unit form a complete Flow meter , that captures the volume of the flowing liquids in a adding sequence. Through adding an additional relay module, the filling operation can be done automatically. After reaching the pre-volume the pump-motor and/or solenoid valve are switched off.
The measuring principle of the nutating disc The flowing liquid causes the nutating disc to gyrate about its own axis. A driver is used to rotate a multi- pole solenoid, which in turn switches a reed contact in the housing cover by non-contact action. By the number of pulses received, the volume of the flowing liquid is determined and shown on the display.
